Set of (10) 8MM custom fade resistant electroplated steel with nylon insert axle nuts for roller skates, quad skates and derby skates. Why do we include 10 when you only need 8? In short accidents happen and small parts easily get lost. So it's always best to have a couple spares. You'll be a hero to your skate friends when they need a nut at the skatepark or rink.
The same quality as the original steel nyloc nuts that came on your skates, but available in custom colors.

Axle Nuts:
- Place the nut on the thread of the axle and tighten with a skate tool. The nut should be snug enough that the wheel can spin freely without resistance but has very little play on the axle.
Bearings:
- Bearings come lubricated and ready to skate. Clean and lubricate as needed, but DO NOT over lubricate. One drop of lubricant on three ball bearings per skate bearing spaced out is all you need.

I love the GOLD Custom Axle Nuts. They screwed on securely and added a nice little bit of bling to my first pair of skates, Riedell Legacies. Also they were nicely packaged with a bold sticker.

The item was just as described, it was packaged well and it had a nice handwritten note from the seller. I can wait to put it on my custom sneaker rollerskate set up with gold colored hardware accents. Skates still at shop for mounting.
